The spec calls for water cured concrete and the Transguard 4000 from Everitt Site Supplies provides a no mess answer. The Transguard 4000 Cover absorbes water and holds it in close contact with the concrete face and eliminates standing water from the factory floor. Transguard is tough as well and provides multiple reuses. This makes it the most cost effective curing method available.
